    CASE STUDY

    Meet Mark and Susan,
a middle-class Long Island couple, who have been married for 27 years and have two children in their early 20's.

Through the years they have amassed credit card debt and student loans totaling $200,000.   Monthly payments have become just an expected part of their ever-shrinking budget, and they never seem to make a dent in the total amounts due.

Should they just accept they’ll be throwing thousands of dollars away each month at the problem for the rest of their lives and paying for their past spending and children's education?
Can they ever, will they ever retire?

Clients often have assets they’ve forgotten about, or even more often, assets that they don’t know how to use to their advantage.

Join us as we study different approaches that can be used to assist this couple, including how to take cash out of insurance policies, refinance debt and manage assets for income to get their budget back on track and help get them to the point where they can retire in 2 years instead of 8.
